Autumn 2020 Programme Information

  • Both Pilates courses will start on Monday 28 September.
  • All other courses and classes will start week beginning Monday 21 September.
  • NEW course - Yoga for Flexibility!
  • Yoga for Flexibility will run for 12 weeks inclusive starting Thursday 24 September, £72 for members and £96 for non-members.

Members - Simply visit our Online Booking page enter your online booking details and using the search calendar select the start date of your course.

Non-members - You can register as a course non-member and then book your course online.

Classes

Queen's Sport offers 60+ Group Exercises Classes each week. Our extensive and varied programme is suitable for all levels of fitness. Our in-person classes will be resuming on Monday 20 July with a reduced timetable.
