Kickstart NEW Have you stalled in your fitness journey and looking that kickstart with a new programme? Are you looking to learn new skills in the Gym? Our Kickstart taster sessions will help with all of this. Learn how to use Barbells, Kettlebells and improve your movement quality!
Soft-Ball Pilates NEW This Mat-based course will improve your fitness and wellbeing whilst toning muscles and improving mobility. Pilates is an excellent way to keep fit, stay mindful and help reduce the chance of injury.
