Queen’s Sport and QUB Rugby Football Club in conjunction with Ulster Rugby wish to appoint a Director of Rugby to allow the club to successfully compete at the highest level of national competitions in Ireland. Initially at Senior and U20 in the Men's game and in the medium term at Senior Women's level.

The appointment of a full-time Director of Rugby will be for an initial one year period. The role will include responsibility as head coach for the senior men’s first team including team performance as well as all teams representing QUB Rugby.

QUB Rugby aims to compete on an equal footing with rugby in peer universities in Ireland, UK and Internationally. Our objective is to establish added value differentiation for QUB Rugby from other clubs who are competing to recruit high quality school leavers intending to study at QUB.
