As we head into the winter months, it’s a great time to discover new ways to stay active and build healthy habits for the year ahead. Our Winter 2026 programme offers a variety of adult and children’s courses designed to support confidence, movement, and wellbeing.  This Christmas, why not treat yourself - or someone to a course that inspires a healthy start to the year?

Adult Courses

Popular favourites such as Flow into Strength Yoga return this winter, alongside Boxing Skills and Fundamentals. We’ve also added new Pilates Fundamentals and an extra Beginners Ballet session for those keen to start from the very beginning. Whether you’re focusing on mobility, strength, or trying something completely new, there’s a course to suit your goals.

Children’s Courses

Young people can stay active and build their skills with KinderGYM, Olympic Handball, and Climbing and much more all delivered in a supportive and engaging environment.

Enrolment opens on 1 December, with courses commencing from 5 January
