Heather has been dedicated to the fitness industry since 2000 and has proudly served as a Personal Trainer for over a decade.

Her primary goal is to foster encouragement, inspiration, and motivation. Heather thrives on collaborating with her clients, guiding them towards achieving their objectives, and relishing the positive impact that fitness can have on their well-being. Her mission is to empower individuals to become fitter, stronger, and healthier, allowing them to fully embrace the benefits of an active lifestyle.

  • 1 Hour Session: £30
  • Block of 6 Sessions: £150 (save £30)
  • Personal Training Programme: £30
Cancellation Policy: Please provide at least 6 hours' notice if you need to cancel a session. Cancellations made after this time will incur a charge.
