Term Two Autumn Programme – Enrolment Now Open!

Our biggest ever course programme for adults continues. Term two is now open for enrolment.  Whether you're looking to RISE to new challenges or find joy in dance, we've got something for everyone!

  • Mid-Morning R.I.S.E. - (Monday & Wednesday) Start your week with the R.I.S.E in a mid-morning time slot over a six-week course.

  • Friday Mid-Morning R.I.S.E. - Enjoy the same  R.I.S.E. class, available to kickstart your Friday mornings.

  • Flow into Strength Yoga - A dynamic yoga class combining fluid movements and powerful poses to build flexibility and strength.

  • Uplifting Pilates - Designed for women 45+, this gentle Pilates course enhances posture, strength, and well-being in a supportive environment.

  • Adult Climbing - Discover the thrill of climbing! Learn essential skills while enjoying a fun and challenging experience.

  • Ballet Barre - Offering a low-impact but intense workout to strengthen both body and mind.

  • Beginner Ballet - A welcoming ballet class for adults, perfect for improving fitness, flexibility, and discovering the joy of dance.

  • Adult Swimming Courses - Whether you're a beginner or advanced swimmer, improve your skills and technique with tailored lessons.
