Derry Group Ireland have become principal sponsors of Queen’s Ladies Gaelic Football, building on an existing partnership which sees the company supporting Freshers Hurling, Rugby First XV and the Elite Athlete Programme.

Welcoming the additional involvement of the company, Karl Oakes, Head of Sport and Physical Wellbeing at Queen’s Sport said:

“We are delighted to have the support of one of Ireland’s leading companies and are especially pleased that they have extended their involvement to Ladies Gaelic Football. Sponsorship is particularly important as participation in each of the sports increases and the running costs of the clubs grow in tandem.”
