Mental Health Awareness Week

Join QUBeWell and Queen's Sport for Mental Awareness Week from 13 May.

Enjoy a diverse range of activities including Zumba, Pilates, badminton, football, dodgeball, and more! These activities are specifically crafted to promote both mental well-being and physical health.

This year's theme is 'Moving the Dial on Mental Health'.
