The Queen's Sport Summer programme offers a wide range of activities for both adults and children. This summer we will be offering all your favourite classes and courses as well as some new ones...

NEW This Summer - Adults

Box & Condition... Our Box & Condition course prioritises honing the essential boxing proficiencies, skills & fitness mixing pad work, alongside strength and conditioning drills/ exercises.

Forge Fitness... Forge Fitness is a strength focused course that will also increase your mobility and confidence while lifting weights.

NEW This Summer - Children's

Parent and Teen/Pre-Teen Circuits... is a fun way to get kids involved in physical fitness and put them on the path to a lifelong enjoyment of exercise. 

Swim Camp... Our Swim Camp offers a more intensive learning programme condensed into one week.

Dance Camp... Our one-week Dance Camp offers a mix of ballet and contemporary dance.
