Summer Staff Wellbeing Social Programme

We are excited to introduce our new Staff Wellbeing Summer Social Programme, offering a great way to stay active and enjoy some friendly competition this summer. We have three exciting programmes lined up for you!

Staff Football

Kick off your summer with our Staff Football programme! Running every Tuesday from 9 July to 27 August, this is a fantastic opportunity to enjoy the fresh air and engage in some friendly competition. Whether you're a seasoned player or a complete beginner, join us on the OTF pitches behind the PEC for an hour of football fun.

Staff Badminton

Our Staff Badminton programme kicks off on Thursday 11 July, and runs until Thursday 29 August. Whether you're competitive or prefer a more casual game, this programme caters to all skill levels.

Staff Couch to 5K

This 10-week programme is perfect for beginners looking to gradually build up their running endurance. Sessions are held every Wednesday from 26 June to 26 August, meeting outside the Lanyon Building at 1:15pm.
