As we head into exam time at Queen's why not boost your chances for success with regular exercise. Not only will exercise help reduce levels of stress and improve natural wellbeing which is key at this time of the year, it has also been suggested that exercise can make your brain stronger!!

The part of the brain that responds strongly to aerobic exercise is the hippocampus. Experiments have shown show that this brain structure grows as people get fitter. Since the hippocampus is at the core of the brain’s learning and memory systems, this finding partly explains the memory-boosting effects of improved cardiovascular fitness.
