Are you wanting to find a way to de-stress without having to leave the main campus site? Yoga U Roadshow is designed to bring our relaxing yoga classes to the main campus site.
Queen’s Sport is excited to announce the relaunch of the Active Lifestyle Programme, dedicated to enhancing student mental health through physical activity.
Throughout the programme, an Exercise Referral Coordinator will provide personalised assistance to students during their 8-week journey. Participants can engage in a variety of interventions, including:
- Personalised Confidence Building Gym Sessions
- Group Exercise Classes
- Access to Sports Clubs and Societies
- Active Campus Initiatives such as the Couch to 5K Programme or Student Social Sport
