Encouraging Staff and Students to Stay Active

Queen’s Sport, in partnership with QUBeWell, is launching Find Your Movement, a university-wide campaign designed to inspire staff and students to engage in physical activity in ways that suit them best.
Over the next 10 weeks, a new movement will be highlighted each week, offering fresh ideas to help individuals stay active and support their physical and mental well-being. From walking and yoga to strength training and group activities, the campaign aims to make movement accessible to everyone.
